Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.

When will my order be sent?

We process orders on working days only. Orders placed after midday are processed the next working day. We don't deliver at weekends or on public holidays.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you your tracking number and a tracking link, so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Good to know

Will I pay customs fees?

We cover postage from our warehouse to your door. Depending on where you live, your country may charge a customs fee on arrival. This is set by local law and isn't something we're able to cover.

My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received it.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier can't be replaced. Check with neighbours and your safe places first, then contact us with your order number and we'll help where we can.

My parcel was returned to you.

If your parcel comes back to us, we'll send it out again once it arrives. The cost of re-sending is covered by you.

My order arrived damaged.

We'll replace it. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order hasn't been processed yet, email support@shopskinclinic.com as soon as possible with your order number and new address.
