Who we are

What we collect

Details you give us: your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, and order details.
Messages and forms: anything you send us through our contact, product request, tester application or waitlist forms, by email or through chat.
Photos you send us: for example before and after photos for a guarantee claim, or as part of product testing.
Payment details: handled securely by our payment providers. We don't see or store your full card number.
Device and browsing information: such as your IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed and how you arrived on our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

To process, deliver and support your orders, including refunds and guarantee claims.
To reply to your messages and applications.
To send you emails about new products, offers and waitlists, if you've signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
To keep our site and customers safe, including preventing fraud.
To understand how our site is used and improve it, and to measure our advertising.
To meet our legal obligations, such as keeping tax and accounting records.

We only use your photos, reviews or story publicly, such as on our website or social media, with your permission.

Our legal reasons

Under UK data protection law, we rely on: contract (to fulfil your order), consent (for marketing emails, non-essential cookies and sharing your photos or story), legitimate interests (to run, protect and improve our business in ways you'd reasonably expect), and legal obligation (for records we must keep).

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted providers who help us run Skin Clinic, such as:

our e-commerce platform (Shopify)
payment providers
our fulfilment and delivery partners
email, customer service, reviews and analytics tools
advertising platforms, where you've agreed to marketing cookies

Children

Our website is intended for adults. Products for younger skin should be bought by a parent or guardian, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
